Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can't cancel your order until it is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Complaints

  1. In relation to the Consumer, the Seller undertakes to deliver Products free from defects.

  2. The Seller does not provide a warranty for its Products.

The purchased product is subject to a complaint within two years from the date of its receipt, if:

· there is a defect,

· incompleteness,

· non-compliance with the description.

The Product may also be subject to a complaint if it does not meet the Buyer's expectations due to a defect that occurred during production. In such a situation, the Manufacturer may repair the damage, replace the Product, or refund the money - at their discretion. The warranty does not cover Products that have been damaged due to improper maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear, washing, as well as natural processes resulting from longer use.

  1. The Seller reserves the right to have differences in sizing for clothing Products up to 3 cm compared to the dimensions provided on the website.

  2. In the event that the Buyer receives a defective product, they can demand the removal of the defect or the exchange of the item for one free from defects.

  3. A complaint does not require a specific form, but it should contain:

A. data allowing the User to be identified

B. identification of the Product to which the complaint relates

C. justification with an indication of the irregularity of the Product

  2. Within 14 days of submitting the complaint, the Seller will respond to it and inform the Consumer of the further course of action.

  3. The Seller will make efforts to ensure that complaints are processed without undue delay.

  4. During the course of the complaint process, the Seller may request additional explanations, documents, or verification of the course of the event subject to the complaint.

  5. After resolving the complaint, the Seller will inform the complainant whether it has been accepted or rejected (with the rejection information containing justification)."

 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
